Hi Alan, I just went through to his study to ask and no, he didn't. He always replies stright away to requests. If you send it again and copy it to my address to make sure (bottom of this reply) I will make sure he gets it one way or the other!

I am, doing very well, I've meant to start a diary on here or CPn Help but my wee girls (Jessica who's just coming up for 3 and Corinne who is 17 months) have decided that all my spare time should be spent with tasks that invlove them! But I do feel stronger and definiteley have more stamina, as well as other improvements. I don't know if it's all down to abx but time will tell.
