I was cleaning out my desk today and found a list of CPT codes from Alex who is Dr. Dake's assistant at Stanford University. These are the codes she used to file with insurance companies to cover the CCSVI testing and procedure. I asked her for them the first time I talked to her. This was in August 2009 so I don't know if these are the codes she used for every single patient. But, I thought I would post them online here in case they can be of any use.
