Was thinking about the impact that Joan and the other pioneers have made, and came up with this post:

Excellent article, Marc. Says it all very succinctly. Nice Rosetta Stone analogy, too. Keep up the good work.

The idea that patients must actively work and advocate for their own health is a message well received. In my younger years I was never sick. Now I am faced with a bureaucratic, paternalistic health care system with a disease that costs me huge $$$ to medicate with NO benefits that I can tell. These past few months when I have been with the CCSVI community have been great therapy for me, whether CCSVI is eventually accepted by the medical community or is a blind alley.

Many of us have been warned about "the placebo effect". If CCSVI activism and hope is placebo then give me some more !!!

Thanks for your great post Marc.

Hi Marc,
I enjoyed your blog! I have also enjoyed watching your videos in the past, very creative!

I have added a quote and link to your blog here:

If you would rather not have the information posted, please let me know.
Cah referred me, and I wanted to get it done before I got busy with something else and forgot.

Thanks again for the article,
Vonna
