This Is MS Multiple Sclerosis Community: Knowledge & Support

I created an anonymous survey to get some basic information about the reasons people are watching CCSVI, their hopes for CCSVI research, and their history of involvement with MS societies and fundraising.

I published it through the CCSVI at UBC Facebook page, but I would be delighted if people from ThisIsMS filled it out.

You can skip any question and no personal information is collected.

I hope to collect enough surveys so we can see some trends that may be useful in terms of organizing and sharing information and resources related to CCSVI. I will post results here and on Facebook.
