Adamt, I contacted a large close by hospital, and asked to speak to the head of interventional radiology. I was able to get him interested in the whole CCSVI issue. He asked us (my wife has ms) to come in. After interviewing my wife for a few minutes, we went down into a room with a doppler. After about 15 minutes of checking her neck, he confirmed that there was something unusual in the jugulars. He now wants to do a venogram. Total time - less than 1/2 hour.

Not always.... the tests may be on different days.

The procedure for me was about 30-40 mins, but it probably won't be any more than 1 hour. It'll all be over in a flash :D
