Hi
Today for the first time as much as three people supported me financially, here are their names: Alan McG. Julie R. Patrik E. I want to thank them very much. I almost thought that my request slowly went forgotten. Today I spoke with Dr. Schelling. He agrees with the idea of informing CTV of my valve regeneration surgery attempt.
Best regards,
Rici

Good luck at CTV, Rici.

I spoke to Rici yesterday. He is very appreciated for any support and grateful for his supporters. for my ask about the money he shyly answered, it's few hundred $. He is embarassed to ask for help any more. This could be first surgery of this kind over the world, could be the new way in removing the cause of MS. First operation of regeneration of jugular veins valves for equal the pressure of blood in brain. Following the theory of Dr Schelling it bring faster regeneration of neurological losses. I don't really know what to do, what to write to shake You, to touch Your feelings, wake You up and support someone to give any chance for him to live.

I hear you Brother. It makes me sad every day to think of Rici. I cannot feel good knowing that another feels so bad.

I think that a lot here just don't have much, but "many hands make small work". $10 bills add up to thousands. I can't imagine Rici's horror - first feeling somewhat better, and then worse than he started out. Personally, my own empathy has grown since I got "hit". I can't imagine that not everyone is likewise.

What can we do to raise $20K for Rici?

addendum: I just noticed that there have been over 10,000 reads of this thread. If Rici had $2 for each read...

Hello
Sorry, I must put right Brothers post. The financial support which I already received is enough for the flight ticket and few hundred $ will be left.
Greetings
Rici

Hi Lyon,

In your usual style, that quote is a gut punch!

But had a useful effect on me. :)

The problem is, I don't understand HOW to make a donation. When I go to the link where Rici says he has pay pal, I only get an e-mail screen to him open up.

Can anyone give me better directions.

Lora

Lyon - you're like a consumer watchdog for the TiMS community. Next thing we know you're pressuring various government agencies to require seatbelts on wheelchairs (ala Ralph Nader - Unsafe at Any Speed: The Designed Dangers of the American Wheelchair). ahh, I crack myself up. haha.
