Perhaps there's a thread that deals with this already but a search didn't throw up what I'm looking for.
A week after op I'm wondering what supplements to start using again. pre-op we had daily LDN 3 ml. Vit D and Omega3 supps, Gingko Biloba, Colloidal silver and chlorella.
Now we have definitely put the Omega3 and Chlorella to one side until bruising subsides and off the blood thinners.
Anyone with more long term experience got any views about when to return to a similar regime?
Is there any consensus about extending the blood thinners from six weeks to the suggested one year? Personally I'd prefer to go back to Omega 3 but that's a gut reaction rather than an informed one.
