I hope your local neuros will not interfere with this.
Would your Prof permit other Consultant IRs join the meeting ? then they could learn the technique.
I see this working in London for private patients (let me know if you have any spaces). However, your local PCT is unlikely to pay for the procedure until it gets NICE approval.
