This Is MS Multiple Sclerosis Community: Knowledge & Support

i have never posted anywhere so here goes: i have read plenty and learned a lot from you people on this site. thank you. ever since i heard of ccsvi last summer i have been like many others trying to find a doctor.i have been to quite a few doctors even out of state. i'm on the list waiting and hopeing. no matter if it is a vascular doctor, neuro. or others NO ONE EVER HEARD OF CCSVI or they poo-pooed it. I take the research papers do everything recommended. then i approach people with ms about it. i swear i feel like i'm on another planet. then when the good doctors that are wanting to test and treat are basically held at bay by forces that i don' t feel are just looking out for our interest it can make a person feel like going postal. so instead here is what i did and plan on keeping it up. MOST TOWNS HAVE LOCAL RADIO STATIONS-MOST HAVE CALL IN DISCUSSION PROGRAMS WHERE THE LOCALS ARE TALKING POLITICS ETC. THIS COUNTRY IS IN A MESS SO LOTS OF PEOPLE VENTING AND LISTENING. I BASICALLY STARTED WITH---I HAVE MS-- IF YOU HAVE MS, HAVE A LOVE ONE WITH MS OR KNOW SOMEONE WITH MS . THEN I EXPLAINED, GAVE WEBSITES, TOLD THEM ABOUT KUWAIT A LOT OF STUFF. LOOK IT UP BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE.HOW THERE ARE DOCTORS THAT WANT TO HELP BUT ARE BEING HELD UP. GET AHOLD OF REPRESENTIVES, SENATE, PRESIDENT MEDICARE ETC. THE VETERANS ADM. THERE IS POLITICS INVOLVED HERE. NERVOUS , MY HANDS DON'T WORK VERY WELL SO I WAS WINGING IT BUT GUESS WHAT IT GOT RESPONSES GOOD ONES AND IF IT GETS TO EVEN ONE MORE THAT MIGHT BE THE ONE. RIGHTS RIGHT AND WRONG IS JUST PLAIN WRONG. SOOOO IF ANY OF YOU WANT TO TRY THIS OR IF YOU GET WHAT I'M SAYING AND WANT TO POST THIS IDEA ON OTHER SITES PLEASE DO IT. "THIS IS FREE" "WE STILL HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH " CAN'T SEEM TO GET THE OTHER NEWS SOURCES TO TAKE NOTICE SOOO LIKE THEY SAY IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT DO IT YOURSELF!! try to imagine all the radio stations there are that offer this. small towns or big cities. DOING THE PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN THE AREA WHERE I'M FROM WAS REFERRED TO AS THE PEOPLE THAT HOLD ONTO THEIR RELIGION AND THEIR GUNS. IF YOU BELIEVE IN SOMETHING YOU FIGHT FOR IT. of course we will use our voices not our guns. thank you, pm me if you want

Kudos to you for your idea and nerve to call and get it out.
Did the radio peron ask you any questions or just give you the time to speak?
What do you mean you got a good response? Did you get feedback?
These are all new words for everyone. Heck they just made up CCSVI and Liberation last year, right?
