Can anyone tell me if vascular surgeons or IRs treat cerebral vascular insuficiency for any reason or set of symptoms regardless of whether the patient has MS?

I am interetested in both areterial and venous conditions, but especially venous insuficiency.

I would be especially interested in a response from a doctor.

Thanks. Fairly obvious why I am interested.
