Hello,

Just curious, after reading a post on here,

1. If the procedure is done early evening, does the patient stay over night? I keep hearing about night nurses....

if so, where do I go? back to hotel, are there arrangements for this?
am I allowed to stay in the room for those 6 hours, or am I kind of on my own.

If you are going to Poland I can tell you that you will go back to the hotel. You will have to get yourself there by cab. You should stay until the procedure is done. Then you have a free night at the hotel.

When you are going to Poland, you don't say who you are going to see.
Simka or Kostecki?

If it's Kostecki - you will not be able to stay at hospital and your driver will drive you if you wish. If you prefer to walk, it's no issue - perhaps 15 minutes by foot if you stay at the Hotel Arena.

For the most part the nurses are wonderful with one minor exception...

Regardless of which clinic you are going to, as the support person, you are going to be somewhat stressed out - it's normal IMHO. There will be others who feel the same way - engage them and talk about it (thanks Rach and Jan). You'll feel much, MUCH better - I did.

If the talking doesn't help - perhaps a sampling of Polish Vodka will.
