Hi,, I just got confimred for Poland. Yeah!

I am curious to hear what kind of things people are doing after their liberation procedure to build on the changes from the procedure.

Please let me know if anyone found something particular tp be helpful.
Thanks.

Me, well, I'll probably make myself a shake of this daily to keep the blood flowing! http://www.selfhealth.co.uk/Products-fo ... itrox.html

And 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil, and plenty of fish for omega 3s. Low saturated fat diet too. And plenty of exercise to keep the blood moving.

IBT too.

I'm doing all this stuff already, but I'm going to make visualisation (of the open, clear flowing vein/s) a daily ritual too. And lots of positive thinking! Believing I'm cured and all that.

This sort of stuff I guess...
