'7 days - stairs and more' link replaces '84 hours -stairs' for mcbpj (Patrick.)

PS two more 'pre procedure' videos were uploaded today so we are waiting on 9 post procedure videos now..

Two more post procedure videos linked for omexmc80 (Omario). One is walking up and down stairs (with Kerri/kezzcass and Belinda - is she featured in any other uploads?) and one is a race with Kerri..
