I need to know who has a good letter I can use to send to IRs and the like in my State.

I am set up for Siskin in August but really have an overwelming need to do what I can to get more medical professionals involved with CCSVI. I am looking for a straight forward letter(1 page if possible) that would catch the eye of doctors it is sent to. Because we on here have learned and been exposed to so much info, I don't know where to start or how to keep it under 1 page. Any help?
