I am suspicious of my dental amalgams. There could be multiple factors that cause different aspects of both MS and CCSVI.

But given that the venous malformations are thought to be congenital, perhaps the thing the soldiers brought to the Faroes was themselves?

Not sure whether the females all got it, or the soldiers did, or both, or just the offspring. If the soldiers didn't, and the females did, could they have brought something contagious, like EBV?

I am very suspicious also of my Mother's amalgams (she had plenty) and a few other things about her and my Dad. I was not breastfed, but was an early heavy second-hand smoker. Congenital abnormalities my specialty. No waiting.

If it is so upsetting to big pharma, why then are there "shills for big pharma" on Zamboni's own team? Esp. shills for Biogen and Teva.

Also, hasn't Zamboni received money from Johnson and Johnson? That's what someone said here. Isn't that the biggest of big pharma's?

These companies have profitted and become large and powerful for a reason, they are very smart. They will adapt to whatever is going to benefit them and further the company. If they see that something is going to take from their profits they will find a way to become a part of it, discredit it, or put out a supperior product (or at least make you think it's better) If one of the bid drug names can find a way to get their foot in the door on this you can bet your ass they will.

And sure it's POSSIBLE that some of the Drs close to this were compensated for PUBLICLY saying you should continue your meds. But that does not mean that they don't believe that is best.

Still, that's a lot of disclosures. If one of the swedish junk scientists received money from a pharmaceutical company, surely this takes the cake.

But they are, what would be called "shills for big pharma" here, so everything they write must be false, right?

And didn't Zamboni say you should continue your crab drugs? Do Johnson and Johnson make those?

Betaseron is from Bayer and Copaxone is from Teva Avonex is from Biogen Rebif is by Serona and Phizer. And none of the companies are owned by or are a susidary of J&J so I dont know where you are getting your info.

Yes Zamboni said stay on your meds. But like I said, he seems to believe you should. That does not mean he said it at the will of drug companies.

Your post really does not make sense if it was in response to mine. You must not have understood what I was saying.[/b]

So, if neuros just say CRAB drugs work because they're paid off by big pharma, why does Zamboni say CRAB drugs work?
Other people here say the CRAB drugs don't work, and that the only people who say they do have vested interest in them, so what is Zamboni's vested interest in the CRAB drugs then? And why does he have drug researchers who just want to keep people sick so that they can profit off of them working for him with his fondazione? Don't they see that it's all lies to make money off of sick people?

PS - i never said they were owned or a subsidiary of J&J, so I don't know where you are gettinhg your information from. My original point was that people who work for the companies that make crab drugs also work for fondazione hilarescere or whatever. And also that J&J is the biggest of big pharma's and that someone here said that Zamboni received money from them. That seems contrary to the Big Pharma vs. CCSVI thing.

In response to that, Zamboni never said CRABS drugs "work" ... he just said people should stay on them.

I assume that he means we don't know IF liberation works, we think we're on to something, but why go off your CRABS drugs?

I believe if he said GO OFF YOUR CRABS DRUGS AFTER LIBERATION ... he'd have a thousand doctors lined up against him ...

so his statement was a way to guard himself against that. He's never said liberation is a panacea ... he's just called for more studies to verify it. I believe if you asked him privately, he'll tell you it works (see his quote about it not being placebo after 3 years) ... but it does need to be verified nobody argues that.

As a good DR who is not an expert in neurosciences, I don't think he can offer comments on MS drugs. So the best advice would be to continue with routine medication until something more promising is available. That's what he is doing. Its surprising that his advice is being held against him ...

At least he isn't behaving like childish neuros - no ccsvi, dont do it, its dangerous, poland is dangerous and all that bull crap ...
