I was just curious if anyone else felt their heart beat pounding in their neck while exercising? Almost like blood flow is struggling to get through. I know I have had this since I was young and nobody else I knew experienced it like I did.

I think I know what you are talking about, I was diagnosed with MS in '99 at age 23. I have been in a wheelchair since '02. I have since then done some light exercise, stretching, upper body. But last year i decided to incorporate some cardio, when I am able to that is. I HAVE noticed that when i pedal with my arms obviousely since I haven't been able tp use my legs in years that within a minute or two of pedalling that my neck feels very thick. Itt's a really weird sensation and it doesn't feel right either so, Im definitely wondering what is going on in there, for sure!
