As there is no "ping" when we update the tracking sticky, I thought I'd just let you know.
Did my 4 month update on there, saying basically. It is still great stuff, still very pleased with the outcome, still getting stornger and ejoying my new life.

The long term effects of liberation is also good to keep track on, after all it is what matters the most.
