Hi,

I started IBT a few months before being liberated - balloon angio
and inclined the recommended 6" top of bed and 3" middle of bed.

but since the balloon angio 7 weeks ago im confident i have restenosed - but i dont think i fully have as some of the improvements i got after angio have remained, so im guessing i have slightly restenosed or just one IJV has

so before liberation my bladder improved dramatically when asleep - not getting up at night or having 'problems', but after liberation went back to the inclined bed and since then my bladder has gone worse - the state uit was before first starting IBT
the last few weeks have tried a flat bed, and for the first week or so the bladder improved but then got back to worse.

So as i feel partially restenosed, i am going to Incline the bed but this time not the 6"/3" heights,]

what would be a suitable height to incline the bed to?

im thinking 3" at the top and 1.5" in the middle
