i've got call from dr. S. nurse, she took my insurance info, made an appointment for dec.15 and promissed to send some papers by mail. Can someone tell me how does it work? Our conversation lasted 2 mins and i haven' received anything yet. I still don't believe i'm really going to see the doc.
