I don't think that Johnson was entirely informed in that moment he wrote that. I know that Johnson can objectivly considered everything as he get it. M.

Libel is far different than an opposing view, or even a confrontational response. Libel is illegal; calling Joan by name and making statements without any facts that can be construed as damaging (accusations of fraud, for God's sake??? Really???) is not just wrong. It is something she could sue for- and for those that wrote those things, good luck. Learn from it.

Who is Colin Rose? I note that he incorrectly refers to Dr. Paolo Zamboni in his articles. His correct title is Professor Zamboni. He is Professor of Surgery and Chair Master in Advanced Venous Surgery.
Does Colin Rose have similar qualifications and why does he not reveal them on his website?

How come you never answered if you're "moreconcerned" on dear Colin's website?

That would explain the mentality here a little bit methinks.

I thought it was obvious, and think I've stated as much on his site. Maybe I just said I tried to pick the name concerned but it was already taken.

thank you. I did not mean to debate Dr. Rose's positions on CCSVI and Dr. Zamboni, or discuss that here. He is certainly entitled to his positions. I merely wanted to have my full name and slanderous statements removed from his blog, and it appears that Dr. Rose is amenable to that. I've clarified what my financial interests are in CCSVI research. I think we can consider this thread closed.

Those who wish to discuss Dr. Rose and or his positions can start another thread, or go to his blog, but for the intents and purposes of my original post, I hope we can let this thread die a natural death.......

Cheer, for almost twelve hours last night and into this morning, from the time I sent in my PM to jimmylegs last night until this post of mine today, I waited for jimmylegs to do something to Malden's post, but nothing happened. So I felt I needed to do something more -- I decided to post against your wishes, for which I sincerely apologize, but I do hope you understand why I felt I had to do something more... I did not want Malden to get away with what he said about you just because jimmylegs didn't receive her required "more than five PMs."

Please know that I wanted my post to Malden to be much stronger, but because jimmylegs and NHE have, for reasons unknown to me, moved/deleted/altered some of my recent posts, I had no choice but to water down what I really wanted to say to Malden so that my post wouldn't disappear altogether.
