My first reaction was WTH (well, maybe not H) - what happened?/we need you/you're so good! But, more importantly, were the feelings of gratitude and hope for your future! Holly, you have touched so many lives. Thanks for touching mine.

Cara Holly,

I am so saddened by this news. I did not meet you and was really looking forward to it, and because you are such an incredible communicator, I felt as though I knew you.
Cece is so right: you are courageous, to have taken all of us on! when we slamming down the doors.

Clearly you will be missed by all of us who had contact with you, a testimony to a wonderful spirit.

I will not say goodbye, but rather, ci sentiamo,
Therese

Holly, we have known eachother well over a year now and I want you to know you that you made a HUGE diffierence in John's life and mine. Without you, we would not have known how or what to do about this journey we call CCSVI Liberation.
Thank you for all that you have done. Your selflessness did not go unnoticed by us and we will miss your voice and your presence. Billie and John

Holly,

I am so sad to hear things didn't work out - sad for you, and sad for us who have been lucky to know you and those who didn't get the chance.

You have been the voice of calm and reason for all of us, keeping things meticulously organized and humanized. With the sheer volume of contacts you've worked with, I always knew you knew each and every one of us.

I'll miss you.

Michelle

Holly,

Wow, that rocked the world of CCSVI on TiMS. You will most certainly be missed. I wish you the very best in whatever you do.

Trish

Holly:

Thank you for all the help you've given me---I'm sorry things didn't work out. Best of luck with your next project in the working world (I'm sorry we didn't get to meet).

Sorry for the change of subject (and once again all the best wishes to Holly) but I wanted to mention that I am hearing from several different folks that their different insurance companies have finally passed the credentialing process at American Access Care with Dr. Sclafani! Hopefully this is the end of the hold-up with the insurance companies.

On the insurance thing: I contacted Karen Moran to see if she has all my insurance info I had sent in a few weeks ago, and she did not, said she would send me stuff again thru email that I have to send her....so if you have not heard anything from AAC and sent all your stuff in you might want to call Karen (yes, still very sad it's not Holly) in case all the info did not get transferred properly....

I apologize to all but was told to leave immediately when I was told my services would no longer be required. I disobeyed and stayed the rest of the day to try to transition all I could to Karen but couldn't do all I would have with more notice, so please don't fault her (or me!) if some things got lost in shuffle.

Still I think you will find that in cases where I didn't pass the insurance information on to Karen, like zinamaria's, it was because I'd already submitted it to AAC's insurance authorization team. So before resubmitting it to Karen you might ask her to contact the authorization team to see if they already have it...

However I do not, by trying to help with this, want what beautiful messages you've all sent about me to be lost in the shuffle. I thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart. But there won't be much point in my signing on to TIMS again so the time has come for you to change the subject and move on.

Oh! Please do not interpret my post in any way as concluding anyone, either you Holly, or Karen, is at fault for anything!!
I will move on, but felt compelled to at least say here that I in no way intended for anyone to get the idea that anyone was at fault for what seemed to me to be a natural thing, in the transition, for things perhaps to either be misplaced or take time in the transfer, and thought it might be helpful for people to connect with Karen in the case of insurance and scheduling.
I apologize for any confusion!
