I think you might have better luck posting this on 'general discussion' forum. I don't have any first hand experience with procaren, but from what I've read it may help some, but not others. I believe it's a combination of histamines and caffene. There are many other 'off label' treatments - LDN, calcium EAP, etc, that seem to help many, but not all people. MS is a crazy condition.

My wife tried it for awhile before she is as bad off as she is now and she got some very limited benefit...improvements would show up briefly, then disappear and never come back. At close to $250 a month not covered by insurance, we mutually decided the benefit was not worth the cost with our limited means.

I THINK I remember reading somewhere it speeds up blood flow and dilates blood vessels, just like many alternative treatments which the theory of CCSVI explains.
