Today I checked some videos and began to wonder.. that what are my favourites. I decided that my top 3 list is:

1) The liberation treatment (ctv 5 document.. about year ago, 2 or 3 parts in youtube)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_RGBOf3Xt-A&NR=1

2) Micheal Dake's lecture, last spring (2 parts)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adbVIR1h7h8

3) David Hubbards interview..
http://www.komonews.com/home/video/106175483.html

..but there could also be Mark Haacke's splendid lectures.. or dr. Sandy Mcdonald videos.. or Sclafani. And also very good videos by patients doing much better..

Denise planting some trees in her backyard. Yard work people, something most MS'rs dream of doing! Something most healthy people take for granted, having the ability to do it that is!

I enjoy the lectures too, but as I am a pretty shallow person by nature I prefer the quick and easy feel good ones.
