I am more and more convinced that the other cuplrit is IRON. This combined with CCSVI is at the root of MS.

I had the procedure (stent and angio)

Was doing great, 150 days post porcedure, was on a no beef diet and strayed with a massive roast beef sandwich yesterday. Oops

Today it is like I have fallen off a cliff.

Crap... Lesson learned... drinking tea and will have some red wine tonight... will look at blood letting asap.

Red meat is also high in saturated fat, which promotes an inflammatory response in the body.

Iron is the often overlooked part of Dr. Zamboni's theory-venous disorders are really just the cause for iron disposition.

For about week or so before my recent procedure, as soon as I got a definite date, I completely stopped my iron scrubbing protocol.

All my symptoms came roaring back with a vengeance.

I am being very cautious because I am on bloodthinner so have not restarted the iron protocol just yet.
