Why do you mention humidity?
It should be "Temperature" causes changes in fat composition of blood.

Cholesterol is the precursor of many steroid hormones, including cortisol and other stress related hormones. The liver, the main producer of cholesterol, could increase production due to increased demand. IMHO, what is bad for cardiovascular health is not cholesterol but oxidized cholesterol. The more sensible treatment for vascular health would be antioxidants.

mention humidity, as the dew point is a function of temperature and humidity :)
