One stent LIJ, RIJ - Angioed


I scored myself - out of ten - with ten being perfect 0 being terrible on the following symptoms

Brain Fog - chronic 8 - now - rare 9.5
Eyes 9 - 9.5
Ears 9 - 9.5
Neck 7 - 10
Shoulders 10 - 10
Legs 7 - 9.5
Feet 7 - 9.5
Energy 8 - 9.5
Depression 6 - 9.0
Anxiety 6 - 9.0
noise sensitvity 7 - 9.5
Nausia 8 - 9.5
Temperature 10 - 10
Sleep 8 - 9
Overall 8 - 9.5

I am near symptom free. Works for me,

Next to know iron in my diet as well - No red meats especially beef, no spinach and definately no orange juice or viatmin C

We can spend gazillions on trials to grow hair . but make us healthy ??

Vitamin C accelerates or increase the uptake of Iron into the blood. Not good. It appears that where people are anemic in the world they do not get MS.

Why no spinach...very high anti inflamatory food.

Also I was always anemic....but

Spinich is VERY high in Iron. I am no doctor, and these are just my take on things.

Congratulations on your success. But the "no vitamin C" diet could lead to scurvy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scurvy


Many years ago researchers announced that they were able to grow new fur on bald rats. Since I've been thread bare on top for years, I was hopeful that one day I might at least be able to grow rat fur on my head. :lol: No Luck though! :evil:
