New Hope for MS Canada Tour 2011 will stop in London Ontario Tuesday June 28 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Covent Garden Market Mezzinine. If you live in the area, please come.

Here is a letter about the event from Saturday''s London Free Press:

"Seeing is believing," insists Tim Donovan of New Brunswick. Donovan wants Canadians to see him to believe a new procedure for multiple sclerosis does work.

A year ago, Donovan spent up to 20 hours a day in bed. After having venous angioplasty to unblock his jugular veins in Albany, New York last year, Donovan's mobility and balance have improved, he has energy to spare, he romps with his grandchildren and he has his driver's license back.

Donovan, 60, is the driving force behind New Hope for MS, a cross-Canada tour of awareness, advocacy, fundraising and connections.

New Hope for MS tour will be in London at Covent Garden Market Mezzanine Tuesday, June 28 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Also featuring St. Thomas resident Vickie Butler, one of hundreds of Canadians treated outside Canada, music by Sue B and laughter with London humorist Susan Minns. .

"I want to hug people with MS," says Donovan. He also wants to bring them hope for treatment right here in Canada-and for a brighter future.
