I wanted to add that although I feel at this stage of the game that circulation, or lack of, seems to me primary, the autoimmune component must be secondary and seems to be still a huge component of understanding all this, but as a consequence somehow of poor circulation, not as primary.

All speculation on my part, of course, I realize that how my body informs me is not 'scientific' research....
