I'm particularly interested starting at 14:00 in the video (upto about 15min), he discusses how his vascular system affected his brain recovery

I wonder if his book/paper has more insight into how the venous system can affect our brains?

Edit: also before the vascular issues he mentions TMJ and how it affected the rest of his body.. I'll see if I can find his book and learn a bit more
