I have been trying to figure this out for years. I feel so much better when I do not eat. I walk better too. I tried gluten free diet,...no difference. What i do know for sure, too much sugar or carbs..and I HURT all over . I need to take 3 motrin to feel better,so I am guessing it is inflamation caused y the sugar.
I don't think it is the amount of food, but rather the substance.
Never thought about the Heat idea , One eye, that is a good point.

I have terrible trouble after eating a meal, my legs get really bad and I cant walk at all, I have had to crawl out of the dining room.
