I've found the answer reading the full article: the two groups were homogeneus concering the disease activity at baseline, as expected.

Thanks for finding that out.

Then the comparisons between them after the immediate treatment group is treated and before the delayed treatment group would suggest that CCVSI venoplasty is very good for MS. :D

Data confirm that treatment of ccsvi is related to changes in clinical and MRI outcome....a warrant for a larger trial, double-blind... (Brave Dreams ?)
