The neuros are doing a poll on the goal of the CIHR trial of CCSVI.

Right now, it is two to one against even doing a study!

Here is a link to the NeuroSense Poll

Have fun. I don't think they were expecting patients to participate.

I just voted and it's at 55% "all of the above" (Determining safety of venoplasty, Identifying patient-reported outcomes of venoplasty, Validation of CCSVI criteria and identification of patients meeting those criteria, Determing if venoplasty results are beneficial and sustained) and only 24% "none of the above - I don't agree with the CIHR decision."

The opposite of what it was before. Now it is more than 2 to 1 in favor of the study. :D

Amazing what happens when patients get involved in their care and don't just leave it all up to their neurologist?

The poll has been removed from the home page and doesn't come up in the search function. I wonder if they found out about us and if the results will ever be published. ;)

"Neuro Sense" sounds like an oxymoron to me.
