Is it possible that all neurological based diseases have a blood flow problem?
Here are two videos. One with Michael J Fox skating. The other a distonia patient running. May be the increase in heart rate, affecting the blood flow is the key?

I absolutely agree that, if blood flow and specifially outflow have been a neglected area of study in neurological disorders, this should be looked at in other neurological disorders as well. ISNVD has focused on CCSVI but also encompasses other neurological diseases too.

I also wonder what else is being overlooked. Blood flow is so simple, why did it take this long....

I've wondered this - I do not have confirmed MS but I have neurological symptoms that have not been attributed to anything else and have been told I have CCSVI by two different sources.

No one else in my family has anything like this but my granddad suffered with Alzheimer's disease - makes me wonder.

I have chosen not to have treatment at this stage in case it worsens things for me so we can't say for sure if it's the cause of my problems but it's looking very likely to me.

ditto!! but, we all know if not for the push of the internet and the determined msers all this would have been put on a back burner a long time ago.

seems i watched a video of dr. hubbard and he stated that it wasn't until after his interest in ccsvi that he was surprised to find out what little research was ever done on the venous system.

Blossom,

I havent looked at either article, during my research I have come accross it several times, particularly in Parkinsons, so the answer to your very relevant question is YES
