The bottom line on MS is,,. They don't know what causes it. So they can't treat it. And this BUGS THEM.

Dr. Duncan's bill was defeated in a Yea/Nay vote. The speaker ruled the Nays have it. That's democracy for ya. Don't be discouraged. It's another bump in the road, is all.
