Thanks TvG for posting a free link to the whole paper. I am pleased that Dr Belaan and colleagues have time to publish as well as offering gold standard diagnosis (IVUS is available) to patients in Belguim and surrounding countries. I hope you continue to have bookings from people in SE England as it is a much shorter drive (no flying) than Edinburg. A friend of mine is experiencing benefits even after 12 months from treatment.
