I have the pleasure of serving with Marc Stecker on the BNAC advisory council.

Marc has been recognized by BNAC, the Department of Neurology, and the School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo (The State University of New York) this past week for:

"Service in advancement of the understanding of multiple sclerosis among patients worldwide through www.wheelchairkamikaze.com and contributions of The Buffalo Neuroimaging and Analysis Center as Advisory Council Member, donor and friend"

Signed by Dr. Robert Zivadinov - Director of BNAC, Dr. Gil Wolfe - Chair of Neurology, and Dr. Michael Cain - Dean of the School of Medicine.

Congratulations Marc,

Larry

Thank you, Marc, for always thinking beyond the obvious. Your contributions have been wise and sometimes just plain courageous. You inspire many of us to keep pushing the limits of prevailing theories on MS.

CONGRATS!! marc, i'm sure some have had to have already told you--man, with your talent, "you should write a book". you are the guy who could so eloquently put together the story of all the "bullshit"--necessary and unnecessary that has been dumped into the laps uninvited of us branded with these symptoms someone decided to name ms. the lives changed and the dreams stolen.

i'd bet it would be a best seller.

Thanks, everybody. It sure was nice of BNAC to choose me for the award. I've been having a pretty hard time with my disease progression lately (whatever my disease actually is), so it was especially good to get the news. Doctor Zivadinov and his crew at BNAC are really doing outstanding work, and being able to contribute even a little bit is really quite an honor…

Let's hope that BNAC's efforts benefit all of us, real soon…

Not enough words worthy of praising and thanking you as you richly deserve.
You cut through the dross and shine on the truth.
Thanks for all your personal help as well....
