We're looking too. Does anyone know the Red Cottage Inn & Suites on Camino Real in Menlo Park? I notice that a reviewer expressed appreciation for their hi-speed internet availability in the lobby. Another reviewer mentioned that it sits back from the road away from the traffic noise. Thanks, Joyce

We stayed at the Sheraton in Palo Alton, there was a Westin next door.

5 mins drive to Stanford and walking distance to the shops/restaurants in Palo Alto.

We are also trying to get it all set up and need to know where to stay. If you stay across the street from the hospital because you don't have a car, is it close enough to other things we could walk to while there? Or would we be better renting a car and staying in another small town like Palo Alto 5 minutes away.

How far away is wine country? I wonder if I could find something on Home Away or VRBO to rent while we are there? Just talking out loud.

Like the others any help is appraicated.

I always check with tripadvisor dot com for reviews of places. It's been useful in avoiding some disasters!
