Good luck Mark.

I take it the 1/24 who did not have stenosis is Island Girl, who has celiac or gluten ataxia.

Sounds like you and I have something more in common than the spelling of our first name. High up in the jugs stenosis I am quite familiar with. Are the veins fairly straight forward or twisted as mine were, and are they flat for a measurable distance or more or less kinked as mine were? I truly hope it goes easier with experience for Dr. D, as I presented a difficult procedure having such sharp bends where the veins should take a nice S curve. Are you getting both sides done? Is he going to do anything with the lower stenosis? Best to you and the team tomorrow. You are in the best care there is at Stanford. Peace and Health, Mark

Wow....this has been quite a quick ride for you, Mark. Jeff and I send good thoughts to you for your procedure tomorrow, and to Marie and Sharon getting their checkups. We're still in shock....
cheer

Mark - get a good nights sleep tonight. We will be waiting to hear from you after surgery.

Good information on how to get copies of the CD's --thanks for posting.

Also some stenosis in same veins about the collarbone area.

I had something similar. Do you get a stent for both the left and the right?

Take care,
Sharon

Hi, Mark,
Here's wishing you a good night's rest, and smooth sailing tomorrow...

You're insights into the process are really useful. My turn's coming mid Sept, so I'm taking notes (especially appreciate your comments about getting copies of the CD's).

All the best...

--Tracy
