Great Holly! I hope I have a similar 'pain dampened' experience coming up. I don't have much pain anymore, but I have a knot on top of my should that just won't go away!

Is it too early after your operation to consider something like massage therapy? I suppose that there might be a problem due to the blood thinners. However, I have found massage therapy particularly helpful especially after I was in a car accident several years ago.
