I am truly trying to take it easy and drink lots of water today. As a matter of fact...I haven't had much of a headache most of the day and I haven't taken any medicine!

I will say that fluid intake is very important. Headaches are a good sign your are lacking fluids. No finger wagging just keep tanked up! Water hold the wine. Now one thing that is also very important is to restrict the fluids while you eat and save the water for between the meals so you do not have major digestive issues. Food is best consumed without liquids or just minimal amounts for proper digestive process to occur. Go easy and keep healing. Peace and health, Mark
