Hi,
last time I stayed in Hotel Franz Josef - it is only 1 minute slow walking from the hospital. The price is around 42 Euro.

Hi,
well the hotel says it is ***. It is clean, furniture is new. Just the stairs might be a problem for some of us.
I have been working all my life in hotels and on the cruise ships (not anymore, of course), I even have University degree Hotel and Spa management in Prague so I see very well there are many mistakes in the hotel but it is so unimportant for me.
The owner was very nice, he spoke Czech to me.The staff is nice, too. They try their best. I am not picky. For me was important it was very close to the hospital. Room was warm and clean it did not stink. I was even teaching young waitress how to carry and serve drinks - I will check her next time. She was so happy I showed her how to do it.
Breakfast was huge, menu is in English - sometimes funny English but OK.
The price was OK.

The world is so small!
I went to Zabrze by Taxi - the price is 80 Zloty - about 20 Euro, it was 18 minutes, you can also take a train or bus, but I was too tired and in rush.

My name is Fátima, I'm Portuguese, born in Germany, living in Switzerland now.
I am normally just a reader here, yes I confess *shame* , but now that I came back from Poland, more precisely from Pszczyna, last Friday I thought I can leave a recommendation:
Hotel Zamkowy in this nice pituresque town of Pzczyna.

As Ana wrote the examination is in Studzionka, about 14 km from Pszczyna, and about 33 km from Tychy.

Dr. Simka is a very nice and very dedicated doctor.

I wish you good luck and don't be afraid of Polish people. They are all very friendly and helpful.

It would also help if you'd learn at least Yes, No, Thank you, Please, Good Bye .....
