Hi all I'm also from Canada (N.B) I received a similar letter from DR. Simka only my date is June 2010.

It looks like he's getting booked up very fast.

I think he's at 2011 now!

There's also this doctor you can contact... kosteckj@op.pl

Edser/Erika posted this email address yesterday/earlier today on the Dr. Simka (Poland) thread.

He's also in Poland, somewhere near Katowice, and has worked previously with Dr. Simka and Dr. Ludyga.

Good Luck!

ps. I'm still waiting for a reply from Dr. Simka :(

I have sent an email to Dr Kosteckj just today

Email sent to Dr. Simka on 22 December so hopefully will hear back soon.

Thanks Pam :)

I guess the holidays will have slowed things down a bit as well as the amount of emails he's started to receive. Am so excited even though I haven't had a reply yet! You must be even more excited to be actually booked in!

Hi BT & Colapese:
Dr Simka said we would be having the tests and procedure in August 2010 or earlier if a vacancy became available. I stated we were good to go at a moment's notice. I am not sure what the zolty verse the Can$ is exactly, but I estimated the trip for 2 would run around 12k give or take. The statement pgml received was the same as ours.
Anyone else scheduled for August? Do we need visas? Incidently, the cost of the procedures and tests, does this also include all the hospital costs? Are there taxes? Just some things I am pondering.
Wishing you all good health and many many thanks to Dr
Simka, all the other medical personel and pioneers in this field who are helping us all to look forward to a very happy & healthier New Year !
Regards Diana

I don't know how current the exchange rates are, but you can Google it.
1 Polish zloty = 0.369317357 Canadian dollars
