another interesting angle on the CCSVI/MS connection. There is some preliminary work that shows that ACE inhibitors (Lisinopril) that work to lower blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels have a positive effect on MS. This may point the road to a non-surgical treatment for CCVSI and also serves as an indicator that there is a connection between venous blood flow constriction and MS.
