Oh I'm so very glad you posted jerkbutt, that REALLY sounds like something Holly would have come up with from my short time getting to know her. I came to this place only very recently, and so I did not know Holly. I do share her birthday though, and that feels like I have some connection.

I'm sorry for your loss. I know it must be so difficult for you, and those who loved her so.

Like the others who have said so already, I hope that you can take some small comfort in sharing the dream that Holly had by reading here of those who follow in her path to healing. Some of us, who are not as brave as she was, included.

- Nov.3,09: one stent in the left jug. vein in Katowice, Poland, LDN, never on DMDs
- Jan. 19, 11: control venography in Katowice - negative but I feel worse

JB - thank you so much for coming on TIMS - I know you have been lurking around the site and have read the many, many posts from people who never met Holly, but felt as if she was their friend. I remember the phone conversations Holly and I had when we were at Stanford in June. What a wonderful sense of humor -- she had me laughing soon after my surgery. We became friends and support buddies.

This is a tough time for you and for Holly's family -- know that there are kind thoughts and prayers being sent your way.
