Does anyone want to try their hand at "3 sentence detective" for how MS works?

1. cause
2. mechanism
3. cure or correction

Just trying to be conservative I would say

cause: A combination of several factors, CCSVI among them.

mechanism: Unknown. The effects of stents in patients is inmediate, and therefore is not related to iron accumulation. Maybe there are several mechanisms working at the same time.

cure: I would say that to cure MS means to remove the scars of the brain. Therefore to cure CCSVI will not cure MS, but probably it will stop progression.
