I'm new here but have managed through this thread and all of you wonderful people who have posted so much info about your experiences to write Dr. Simka and to receive a reply that I am scheduled for the month of June!

Then I thought of writing W5 to see if they'd be interested in a Canadian going to Poland, and they were if I filmed the trip myself, which we are working on...
kind of exciting!
My thoughts were of Erika from Slovacia, and her bravery and filming of her groundbreaking procedure, and of Cheeleader and her words of not just finding a lifebooat but building it, did far more than prompt me tp go a step farther than I ever dreamed, it inspired me to be a lobbyist, however small my contribution, for us all will be :) ...

Please let us know how u go about making arrangements and costs involved - my brother is hoping to take my sister-in-law and we are in Ontario Canada - so your info would really be helpful!!!
