Hi All

Just finished my appointment at U.S.C, Talked to them about Dr Zamboni and CCSVI, The say they have an application in for a grant to start a clinical trial, Fingers Crossed!!! My doctor said they have had tons of M.S patients bring it up to them, And they are very open to the ideal, Score 1 for U.S.C

Bam, great news. Thanks for sharing it. I find it interesting that they told you how many patients brought it to them. That's what it takes. Everyone, keep pushing - our efforts are being noticed.

wow...this counters a report from a friend of mine and Jeff's that was strongly discouraged into looking into CCSVI by Dr. Weiner just before Christmas. She is going to Poland to see Dr. Simka. I'm hoping this is a change of heart for Dr. Weiner...any other of his patients want to weigh in?
cheer

Hi all,

I am simply telling you all what my neuro told me face to face, USC has a petition for a grant in to study CCSVI and that they were very interested in it, I dont know do you think maybe she lied to me and other patients in order for us to stop asking about it ???

Just find it odd that the head of neurology is not behind it, but the rest of his staff is? Dr. Weiner is a man, and the neuro dept. is named after him at USC...

I emailed him last night because of this thread and got the email back this morning..possibly he just doesn't want a lot of inquiries going directly to him and maybe wants his institution to do more research. I just reported his email don't know anymore.
