i do feel like i went beyond the expectations for that job, had to learn fast, really tried to maximize what i could do with my responsibilities, broke a record, put some innovations in place, went the extra mile for customers, dealt with harsh scenarios without even radioing my boss for help, and i helped with a lot of stuff outside my department, and i kept track of ideas for improvements so i could give good feedback at the end of the season. which i just don't feel like passing on any more! and i sacrificed a lot of school time to make this job work, missed lots of lectures as well as project time, which could have affected my marks/scholarship potential and my dean's honour list status, and they don't even think that's any kind of big deal apparently, so yea i don't know if i'll go back again and i've been with them for 4 years.
