alot of sex hmm... okay plus a bedtime zinc too (or just oysters) haha! i imagine the zinc smells better 8O

Forreal the oysters are good down hear, sometimes we get them straight from the boat and shuck em ourselves. Mmmmmmmmmmm good stuff.

no no no it's not like that. not for me anyway.

if you take a lot throughout the day and you're movin around getting stuff done, ya maybe that's asking for trouble.

but if you're lying down still all night and across the room from the toilet in any case, should be on the safe side.

not like you have to keep taking 2 at night day after day anyway, specially if you're gonna keep takin it in the morning. you could just try taking one with the milk and honey deal this eve, for the extra tryptophan kick, see if that helps :) hope so. or maybe tomorrow, since 2nite is the bday after all ;)
