You dont have to follow any diet religiously but a general theme across them is;
Lots of oily fish, leafy greens, organ meats, fruit and nuts
Moderate amounts of white fish and poultry.
Limit intake of red meat- stick to very lean stuff. Probably a good idea to limit intake of legumes, potatoes and tomatoes
Minimise or cut out cereals, dairy products, refined sugar, preserved meats
Green tea is good and red wine (imo) is helpful and a nice treat.
